  1. Be like the rest of the developed world and make corporations and businesses donating to campaigns illegal!!! And make an enforceable standard that no politician is allowed to own stocks, businesses, or other profitable interests!!! These are already things in my country and many others and should be implemented in USA to stop this corruption!!!

  7.    I looked through several sources and it seems like no one knows exactly where the phrase comes from but it did become popular in the 1960s in USA but the idea around the slogan would've had to been much older since Marx and Lenin both followed power to the people slogans even tho they didn't directly call it that. I believe the emancipation also mentions something about the power going to the people tho not in the direct phrase. So the idea is fairly old even tho the phrase does not seem to be as old.

  9.  @rocco_productionsmannott31  No its commenting on what I've seen. You can't fluff up an imbecile by surrounding him with books and than call him a genius. Its nonsensical. I'm a European who's been to both Canada and America so I've seen all sides of this issue and between the 3 places from what I've seen Canada is much more tolerant of gays with Europe is second for tolerance and America is 4th out of the 3. Conservatives are the worst perpetrators of violence and discrimination against gays in almost every country. This isn't opinion, its facts.

I've not seen more lazy people in any country but according to studies Americans are by far more lazy than socialized countries. Guess why? Because they've got lower happiness ratings and higher stress in life. Do some research on things before you talk about them.
