  1. The parents certainly aren't innocent but we have alarms, guard rails/barriers, and the conveyor is like 3 feet tall here in Canada. A small kid would have a hard time getting on it.

  2. The parents aren't innocent but neither is the airport. There should be safety measures for someone climbing on a conveyor. Here in Canada we have alarms, guard rails, and the conveyor is almost 3 feet high.
