  3. It means Twitter has a new owner. From what I understand owning a company like Twitter doesn't mean you're allowed to free reign do anything. You still have to pass ideas through the Board that's what it's there for. Seems like a huge failing to be able to overtake the board of a company that easily. I really doubt anything substantial is gonna come of this but we shall see.
