  1. In most countries a contract is void if it doesn't meet proper regulations. There is a system of regulation in place already for companies who sell stuff worldwide to follow. These rules would apply to any game regardless of where the gamers are. So in short, this contract is invalid signed or not. It doesn't meet even half the standards required for a legitimate corporate contract.

  2.  @LiveFreeOrDieDH  LegalEagle made it pretty clear which points can used to render it void in the US. The very fact they are apparently not even licensed as a legal entertainment group would already be a huge problem.
