I'm glad they touched on the Doctor/Nurse relationship as i spent 2 months in hospital and found the nurses were far more clued up in the correct way in what was best for my condition at the time. The Doctors you see for maybe 5-10 minutes a day whereas the nurses are on the ward with you for 12 hours at a time. In my opinion a good Doctor is one who is willing and comfortable listening and acting upon what the patient and nurse are telling them... with their own medical knowledge as a guide obviously.

  3. The NHS is a godsend and these 2 nurses are a wonderful example of this.
