  2. Had it for 20 years, its a damn problem. I have little to no short term memory because of it, ive over the counter medicated for 15 years now. It'll kill me one day, as the damage on the brain is extremely bad.

  3. Same here mate, had it for 20 years, and it's a living hell, I'm a driver too, which isn't ideal. I won't doze off naturally, ever.

  4. Had it every night for 20 years unless I get hammered (which isn't viable) or take strong sleepers. I usually wake up at 3-4am after the medication (5-6 hours sleep), I have the worst short-term memory because of it.

  7.  @sodas32  massively so, thank you!!! I've been eating 1 meal a day for 15 years, so my metabolic system is clearly affected, and I didn't know it could affect my sleep as my body isn't telling me it's hungry.
