  1. Yep. Nailed it. My missus is a coroners manager and even she says its extremely messed up what the police are being asked to police. The reality is that it's easier to get convictions for tweets as it's unable to be questioned in court, evidence, if you will, meaning the box ticking for arrest/conviction rate is higher, meaning the constabularies keep their funding. It's all extremely shady stuff.
