Not surprised one bit by this, I've had run ins with the old bill from time to time over the years, and it's blatantly obvious that *SOME* of them are in the job for the enjoyment of control and power. Alot of police officers are good hearted people who joined the force to help other people, but there's a small number who join so they can feel like "the man" or "the boss"... it's such a damn shame.
