That first Rural Russian lady brought tears to my eyes, her responses were so incredibly human. Wars that governments choose to start don't represent how the people of those countries actually feel... it makes me so, soooooo angry. I want to give that lady a massive hug and tell her that the world doesn't blame people like her as they are also victims. Also, I would like to wish you all a very Happy Christmas and hope that you all know that even at this time of year... you are not forgotten.

I'm also crying from her very caring and human response, I want to give her the biggest hug. What a wonderful human being she is.

Witnessing other people's kindness is probably my favourite thing in this world, it brings me inner happiness and hope.

As I've always said, the reason we all don't give up on Russian people completely is due to those geopolitically educated Russians who are just like the rest of us outside of the Russian bubble. When more and more find it within themselves to try and make a change, then the support would be even more by the world's population. Russia ever invading Ukraine is utterly insane, I hope the successor of Russia will withdraw the military instantly. People just want people to live without war, nobody wins with war... ever.

@marywood8794 very wise lady, I wish we could relay this to her and let her know that her mindset is in line with how the world thinks.
54
How much I wish I could visit these people and show them images, videos and statistics about how well Russia could be doing with the correct people in charge. It pains me to see humans basically abandoned by the people who they "elected".
27
I'm 38 and have slept with 6 people (one of which an ex-wife), it hurts me that I haven't found a lady yet honestly, but then again I don't have the confidence to approach women. The thought of rejection scares my ego so, so much! The thought of it now makes me feel sick lol.
18
It's bizarre, isn't it.
16
Yeah they're excellent at getting locals to open up, they're a very talented duo.
15
That old lady depressed me so much, even when brought with logic... her brain couldn't comprehend that she's been indoctrinated.
10
It's the way to change opinion, when someone can come to a solution on their own then they are most likely to back that solution.

@MockinGlobes agreed, it's excellent journalism. Being able to lead a line of questioning without giving your own input must be pretty difficult around this topic for these guys and girls at this channel. I bet they feel like they want to shake a few of the people they interview and tell them to wake up.
9
Some would call it "Russian standard"
8
RP oh don't get me wrong... of course those people exist! However, we have to be mindful that a much larger number of people are anti-ussr/war than it was even twenty years ago... which means (to me) that we should continue to at least try and reach out to all Russian citizens even though some seem to be lost causes.
7
It does give me hope though that there are some intelligent Chinese and Russian people who can see what's happening. Lots of love and respect to you both.
7
As would I, it's an important part of this war that needs documenting.
6
It's not a topic for discussion? It really, REALLY is... vital in fact. I also would like to say... I hope you feel a bit better after the health scare my friend? Your work on this channel (all of you) is of vital importance. I'd marry that lady in the green coat and glasses in a blink, what a well educated and bright young woman she is. She questioned things that appear "not quite right" here and I respect that immensely. We take that feeling for granted in most countries so when I see someone with the power of free thought and understanding speak this way whilst living under a dictatorship... it fills me with a sense of wanting to protect them.
6
@davskol that's where my mind lays too my friend, indoctrination isn't a choice. I find it hard to blame someone who has been lied to from birth by state controlled media, they too are victims of this war and have been tricked into doing things that they don't know the real reasoning behind.
5
@davidradtke160 I don't see why not, fill your boots lad.
4
That last bloke, man... i want to hug him! He and i would be friends.

The most frightening thing is that so many people EVERYWHERE aren't interested in this war, I get looked at like I'm crazy for being worried about what's coming for us in UK. I have been trying to prepare by making a "bug-out bag" incase the grid goes down and society collapses here, bought a Geiger counter, Iodine, water purification tablets etc. (Loads of stuff) so the second I believe the nuclear warheads are headed our way... to get to the safest place in the UK before it happens. Everyone should be preparing for the worst, and just hope it never happens. When people don't prepare is when bad things happen. Fail to prepare, prepare to fail.

@shredd5705 lol

@zapador or stay divided like now.
3
Agreed, this channel is very important for the population of the world right now.

The gentleman at the 5:45 mark was very switched on here, he's looking beyond the end of his nose.
2
Sorry Daria but I don't associate Russia and open-mindedness, from everything ive heard from Russian citizens it seems quite the opposite. I'd love to be proved wrong on this and obviously I cannot speak for everyone, this is just something I've noticed in the time I've been alive.
2
Misha the software engineer gets it, he knows what has to be done but realistically he knows it cant be said to a camera. I just wish there were more people like him who were able to meet up and join forces, stage a coup, and allow Russia to become a true democratic society where it can become a hugely prosperous nation like it should be.
2
@Ivan Matveyev why?

The 9:00 girl on the right is a stark reminder as to why Putin has to be disposed of, and complete political reform needs to follow. This speaking with such confidence about something she says she knows nothing about all based off what a pathological liar has told them to think, even when confronted with the evidence she instantly dismissed the idea that Putin has been lying to his own people all along.
1
Is a change happening in Russia? Finally! Soon you will be a great and free country, you will also be financially so much better off too. Once Putin is ousted, just make sure you release Navalny.
1
The youth of Russia brings me some shred of hope as they seem far more informed on international affairs than the older generation are, this is one of the positives of the Internet.
1
Wow, i love that gentlemans attitude and responses at the end. A clear critical thinker who sees whats actually happening, what a pleasure it was to hear that from him. I would love it if his interview could be played on Russian television to reach the wider population of Russia.
1
The younger Russians are so much better educated than the older ones, they see through the bulls### and question whats being said on TV. The saddest part is that... they're the ones being sent to illegally invade another country and ultimately to their deaths. Very sad situation whats going on with Russia, hopefully in 50 years the entire country will have grown up mentally, and the self entitled attitude becomes just a dark stain on Russias past.
1
That would be best.
1
Does the 10th lady want an adoptive grandson in England? Lol. She's lovely and clearly sees whats going on with the drip fed lies in order to control a nations thinking.
1
That's like me saying that life was better back when I was a kid... obviously it was as I had no responsibilities and parents did a pretty good job at trying to hide the bad bits of society from us. When we get older and older we often wish for that feeling of youthful freedom, but it doesn't mean that life was good for the adults of that time. The older lady who kept saying no, no, no, no, NO to whether she'd want to go back to the days of the USSR was very telling to me based on her age and the others who would've been kids back then.
1
I would love to hug our Russian brothers and sisters, I'd guarantee they'd know in that instant that the reason I was hugging them is because Europe's care is for them (the people) and not the figurehead (Putin).
1
We love you Zakhar, your brain clearly operates differently than most. If only there was a way for this bloke to take control of his nations government.
1
Scary with how brainwashed an entire nation can be, Putins propaganda is impressive but extremely dangerous.
1
I feel very sorry for the ones who see beyond the lies being fed to them, it must feel suffocating to be surrounded by people who dont use critical thinking.
1
And this video right here is exactly why I've had no hatred towards the Russian populace... even after that monsters invasion. Many people have been fooled, but those who haven't deserve our care and concern.
1
Aren't those types of mines banned due to them being too inhumane?
1
Natasha really wanted to say something there, whilst people continue to be frightened of speaking up... the longer this utter madness will continue. If the vast majority of the country outwardly said "we don't want war!"... then there's naff all the Kremlin can do but withdraw, therefore bringing anyone who's fighting back to Russia and allowing their friends and family a peaceful life... which is all most humans really want in this world.

I do indeed
