The pace of which we have to now work at, coupled with the insane amount of parcels we have to deliver with the massively increased round sizes has caused us posties to be constantly struggling. They desperately need to hire more staff yet they won't, even on our newer awful contracts. They're constantly losing money, year after year, although they halved their losses last year. I'm hopeful after the 5 years are up that they bin off the mail.

The first time they stole from me... they also falsified a statement in order for prosecution to go through. If it had only happened once then I'd put it down to a bad apple, but none of the officers who did it first were present when the 2nd lot did it to me the following time. I'll never trust them again unless they overhaul the entire policing system from top to bottom.

I spent 6 weeks in a medically induced coma fighting for my life, had my last rights read, my heart stopped beating and had an out of body experience on the way to theatre. I wasn't looking down at myself, but rather felt like I was on a conveyor belt just slightly higher up on the hospital bed and felt a peace like no other, everything was almost a blueish tint and brighter than day to day vision. I was adamant that I'd woken up when I came out of my coma, but the consultant told me that it was impossible as I had my eyes taped down and then that was when he mentioned that I'd died. Saying this to anyone who hasn't experienced must seem like I sound nuts, but it's the gods honest truth. I even told the doctors after I was questioned about my out of body experience the surgeons appearance and how many there were... which I was 100% verified by the lead surgeon after I told him. He also told me that I'm not the first person to mention this following their hearts stopping beating, they even then decided to put up vibrant and odd images on the ceiling in their theatres after. Crazy story, right?!
