The first convo where they're walking is a pretty simple answer unfortunately... its because the person who was taking the picture was caught in the act thus easier to prosecute, whereas hidden cameras in public places would need more evidence to who was doing it... hence it taking more time. Whilst I'm not denying that women seem to have been objectified more in the far east in comparison to others which are more balanced... the reason she is using for it in this documentary isn't due to the disparity between genders.

@DZ-hh5dw i feel you miss the point of what i was saying, for this lady to use that example to show the disparity between prosecution and a general caring of wrong doing between genders probably hindered her case in the eyes of most of us that viewed this. If she had of given a tangible example of a case that's only difference was the gender of the perpetrator then i wouldn't have written what i did... but because she said vastly different cases with vastly different situations it made her come across as "women are prosecuted quicker because they are women" when in fact its much simpler than that. If a man was caught in the act of filming a lady in a public bathroom as the woman who filmed the male model... then I'd bet my left testicle that they would've been dealt with as quickly (if not quicker) than the lady who was caught.
