World governments need to learn that narcotics are always going to be around and will always be used, so rather than trying their hardest to ban them at such a hefty cost to the tax payers... they should look to legalise them, offer support for users and sell them from dispensaries where they can regulate them and actually make money for the country from them by taxing them. It's such a simple solution but no politician wants to be the man or lady that legalised a banned substance even though they know its the best option. It's an incredibly selfish mindset on the politicians part by thinking of their own reputation ahead of what's best for the country.
