  1. I didnt see him swing at an officer like they claimed, also, their quick nature to discharge a tazer is highly concerning... especially when closely surrounded by so many other people. We hear of appalling policing like this here in the UK too. Something has SERIOUSLY gone wrong with western policing, or so it seems to me anyway. I hope the bloke is OK.

  2. Unless he had a weapon, or was charging towards an officer, then they shouldn't be using their tazers. They are only meant to be used when there is an evident danger of a suspected perpetrator being violent, or an immediate threat of violence/harm to others. They are not meant to be used to just make an arrest easier as people can die from the shock.
