I hope English isn't your first language mate as I'm struggling to understand it. What I think it is meant to say is "These guy's are no joke, it's sad to see but love that they're there. I believe that they're saving lives." Correct me if I'm wrong please pal.

Holy smokes that was some bombardment of rockets, very doubtful if anyone got out of that alive. I really wish the Russians would just f### off back home and allow everyone to go back to living their day to day lives in Ukraine and in Russia.
