  17.  @lindarock4128  It’s just experience and a little knowledge. The opinion is if someone is within 21 feet of you, they can reach you before you can draw your gun, take aim, and shoot. They were well within 21 feet, and I doubt she had actual training, so dude could have easily rushed her, disarmed her, and then handled business if he was remotely able bodied and competent.
