  1.  @cscott6629 I can actually believe it. Long time ago when I relied on Medicaid, I’d have to go to the Welfare office for reviews. I still recall the one time I saw this guy roll up in a Cadillac and about $10K in gold chains and follow me right into the same office to renew his benefits. Young, working age, perfectly healthy looking, and probably a gang banger or drug dealer. The system is a joke.
