Unless she was violent or a viable threat to the guard or others in the Taco Bell (possibly before the video started), dude just lost his job at the least...even if she did something to "deserve it." If he was trespassing her, he should have just called the cops. On further viewing...she hit him first at the kiosk, but unless she was violent before that, he instigated it by grabbing her so unless there's more to it, he's screwed.
