  1. Because no one has ever said that. But to address the real point (that immigrants can both take jobs and be a drain on welfare systems), guess what? Immigrants can consist both of highly educated Indians walking into $90,000 tech jobs where Americans are forced to train them before being fired (good job defending sociopathic multinational corporations leftists!) and Somalians who are literally illiterate, will never work a single day and cost taxpayers millions of dollars in government spending and welfare benefits.
