  1. I love the basic presumption that the Russian population doesn't support Putin. This war has overwhelming popular support. Putin is considered a centrist moderate in Russian politics, one of the main issues he has is anger from large sections of Russian society that he isn't waging total war against Ukraine.

Supposedly the reason we're meant to oppose the Russian invasion of Ukraine because it's a violation of Ukrainian sovereignty, but apparently it's ok for the West to depose the leaders of countries that they don't like. The hypocrisy is laughable to anyone who arrives at their views via principle rather than being fed them by media and government.

  10. yep, it's interesting that "pro Western" regimes coming in in these countries normally leaders to rampant corruption and financial collapse, followed by asset stripping and permanent gangsterisation of the country.
