  1. No, we don't thanks. Britain is an island. We should be directing almost all defence funding into the Royal Navy. The RAF should be an air defence force only, the Army should basically be scaled back to a Territorial Army only, and the navy should be able to defend the home islands, and British shipping and overseas territories. We should also pour money into strategic hardpoints like the Chagos islands, Cyprus and Gibraltar. We need to return to the British foreign policy pre WW1 of hard nosed realism and stop involving ourselves in ideological battles on the continent (how much better would our world be today if we'd stayed out of WW1?)

  2. Yep, our neocon clown leaders are stuck in the 1990s. That 3 billion a year should be going to the navy. We're an island, we shouldn't be preparing to fight Russia in Eastern Europe.

  3. Neocon clowns at the Telegraph in disarray. Russia never "invaded" Crimea. The Crimean parliament voted to join Russia, local Ukrainian army units mutinied and went over to the Russians, and Russian forces that have been stationed there for centuries took control. They didn't need to invade because Crimea was and always has been Russia, much as it enrages Western shitlibs, they took it witout needing to fire s hot.
