Now that they know that they will be weaponized against anyone the West considers an enemy, the non Western world will simply create their own alternatives. That we'll have to eat cabbage because there will be no food imported from the EU? That's so stupid an argument it barely deserves a response. Is the EU going to enforce a naval blockade as if we were at war with them? No? Then anything we get from the EU we could get from elsewhere in the world. And that wouldn't even be necessary anyway because the worst case scenario isn't a trade embargo (which is something done to rogue states like North Korea lol), but the imposition of tariffs, which again wouldn't stop anything from getting here, it would just make some things more expensive. (which again, we could easily get from elsewhere.)
