America has given Ukraine some of the "good stuff", like the new "ultra high tech" GLSDB, which Russia proceeded to render totally useless to the point that the Ukrainians have simply stopped employing it. Outside of giving the Ukrainians F-35s (which would seriously compromise US national security) there isn't anything much that America can give Ukraine that would make a substantive difference. And the simple fact is that Russia will ALWAYS have escalatory dominance in Ukraine, because it simply matters much more to Russia than it does to America, thousands of miles away across The Atlantic. Russia will escalate to tactical nuclear weapons, America will not.

The mainstream left used to be socially liberal and economically "authoritarian" (don't mean that with negative connorations) The mainstream right was socially authoritarian and economically liberal. Now we're moving to a right that is socially and economically "authoritarian" - traditional values along with economic protectionism and state interventionism, stopping immigration etc. And a left that is socially and economically liberal (woke globalist corporations)
