Chechnya is a part of the Russian Federation, Putin was entirely justified in defeating the Islamist insurgency there. As for Georgia, the official EU report on the conflict found that it was Georgia who started the conflict mistakenly believing it had the implicit approval of the US to do so. Crimea is populated almost entirely be ethnic Russians, whose elected regional parliament voted to join Russia rather than submit to the illegal coup government in Kiev. And Putin never attempted to conquer all of Ukraine, that's simply a baseless lie repeated by the Western establishment with zero proof.
