  1. I think what would also be helpful is the low/medium/high income as with SC4. You can see both gentrification and decay more easily that way. Plus separate demands for industry, offices, agriculture and mining.

  2. You could add the buildings DLC (or just mods). Parklife is just a prop and path repository.
