  1. Why would you want milliards and billiards back? It's a more confusing system. I'm supposed to be more used to it, because that's what we use, but it's hard for me to quickly find the power of 10 with those -lliard numbers. It's a two-step process, as opposed to a one-step with the American system. It's a complication which improves nothing of importance, therefore we''d be better off without it. Usually I'm against American peculiarities, but this time they made the correct choice.
