  1. It's possible to forget. I was never a huge Beatles fan, so I listen to them mostly when they appear in some other context. Nowadays everybody is extremely careful around their heritage, because of aggressive copyright protection, so I hardly every hear them, or even about them. You know what? I forgot a lot of their music already. (Though I agree that plenty of modern music will be promptly replaced. It was always like that.)
