  1. building a library in a big box store sounds so stupid, I would have never thought about it. For me the best place for a library is above the train station (in the center of town). You have all the public transport infrastructure, some shops for food in case you got hungry while browsing the shelves and you can look at trains while reading! Awesome!!!
