  1. That is the same in economy too. If you are a US citizen going to another country to have a better life, you are an expat. If someone from that country comes to the US, he is an "economic refugee", aka lazy shit. I guess that is the same everywhere. Here in Germany we even have a regular TV series about people going from Germany to e.g. Vietnam and building e.g. a farm there. But if a Vietnamese comes here: Why don't you stay in your country and build a business there!?!
