  3. Education is not a natural right of the parents. You could argue that it is a natural right of the children, but then it would of course show blatently that the state can do that too (and if it weren't for seggregation wanting parent's meddling) better in almost all cases. Also I would put the Freedom of not having to care about the school because all are the same good higher than the Freedom to choose the best, in the case I can afford it.
