  1. This is the common story of every 3rd world country: Corrupt politicians robbing their own people and laundering that money to 1st world nations. India, Bangladesh, Phillipins, Pakistan, Sirya you name any 3rd world nation. China is just the largest and thus made the largest splash. 1st world Policy makers I think rather welcomes this money flow. 3rd world money launderers isn't to blame alone.
