The ACB were monitoring calls to Stephenson's phone because he has filed a complaint with the ACB. 2) The law will deal with KCR if and when someone provides evidence of his corruption. Until then, the law should be allowed on act on what is available i.e. evidence against Naidu. If you think it is unfair for Naidu to get caught but others who did it have not been caught, that's just how it is. 3) Mud-slinging on KCR or others is not going to justify Naidu's acts. You know you are on thin ice here. Don't even try to justify what Naidu did because you will look as ridiculous as Naidu does today !

  20. ahvanam 1) The trap was laid by ACB, not KCR. So, don't blame KCR for the tapes. 2) The ban on TV9 and ABN is done by cable operators association, not by Telangana Govt. So, there is nothing dictatorial about KCR. Telangana Govt is run by a group of very effective and efficient Ministers. 3) Naidu's supporters will try to find something positive from this scandal but the bottomline is that TDP will become marginalized in Telangana very soon. 4) KCR might sound crude but he has facts on his side. Nobody believes that KCR will be negatively affected by this scandal. If anything, KCR will emerge with as a torchbearer of anti-corruption in Telangana !

Who paid MBA fees for Naidu's son in Stanford University ? How come so many from Naidu's community became multi-millionaires while TDP was in power ?

If the voice is not his, why does he care if phonetapping is legal or not ? The funniest thing is that the phone that was tapped was not Naidu's but some middleman's phone and the ACB was well within its rights.

  36. Barkha, why do you harp on BJP's commitment ? BJP's stance for small states has been there since 1999. But it is Congress which had 10 years to act on Telangana but it did not. At the last moment, just to get political mileage, Congress announced the formation of Telangana. And now Congress is worried about losing that political mileage if BJP does not support the Telangana bill in Parliament.
