@elixir662 Without Partition, there would be 700 million peacefuls in Akhand Bharat thus putting the nation in perpetual conflict. Or Bharat would have become Islamistan by now! Either way, the tragedy would have been of Monumental Proportions!

@elixir662 Things don't have to be permanent! The Partition was a much needed experiment that proved that a nation driven by Islamic ideology and Hindu Hatred cannot become a prosperous one! Without the Partition of 1947, the undivided Bharat would have become an Islamic nation by now. And those in Bharat today would also be suffering the same fate as Pakistan in terms of economy. If and when the populations in Pakistan and Bangladesh realize their folly and do a Ghar Wapsi or become Ex-Muslims, Bharat would not mind reunification. Of course, subject to things like Al-Taqiyyah, etc.

@elixir662 By your logic, we should invade and occupy all territories from Afghanistan to Thailand to reestablish Bharatvarsha? See, two can play this game of intellectual dishonesty! Regarding hypotheticals, nobody can say for sure how undivided Bharat would have been or become! But if you can't connect the dots of Hindu Hatred, Ghazwa-e-Hind, terrorism, population Jihad, ethnic cleansing of Kashmiri Pandits, etc. nobody can help you!

@elixir662 Kashmir was 100% Hindu earlier. Now it's 98% Muslim! Instrument of Accession says it belongs to Bharat! No questions! But how will you change the minds of people? This is where Partition helps because it has shown that Islamic ideology is not inclusive, not progressive, not compatible with modernity, etc. and it has also shown the terrible consequences of an entire nation following it! Again, I'm not advocating that Partition was great, just that it happened and we must learn the right lessons from it.
