Lol, you measure the possibility of girls coming around in weeks? That's hilarious, why are you watching this channel? I haven't had a date in almost 4 years. I've gone about a month of NoFap before and saw zero differences in my life, how I felt, my energy levels or how people reacted to me. Just the same ol' disinterest from girls and neutral reaction from guys. Keep in mind I've been a gym rat for years, so I'd definitely notice a difference in energy levels. You're doing fine man, you don't need any of this.

@thechosenone7875 Easy to do for a short period of time, impossible for any length of time. In my experience anyway. Especially when you constantly see girls you'd love to be with walking around with guys who have no business being with girls of that caliber.

NoFap is just like many other things: meditation, affirmations, working out, having a clean diet, microdosing mushrooms etc. Many people report life changing results from doing these things...but not me. I just get to add it to the long list of hopeful things that didn't get me the results many other people get to enjoy. The longest I ever NoFapped was about a month. I felt no difference in energy levels, motivation, attitude, and people didn't react to me any differently either, just the usual disinterest from women.
