  6. Add in the direct changes to the base genes offered by CRISPR and the possibilities/stakes seem unlimited. I don't know why, but this epigenetic approach seems less worrisome to me. But in both cases, I fear our technology has run far ahead of our ethical guidelines. We most definitely have something new under the sun now.

  7. +Maxybaer Could you flesh out what you mean by science being considered liberal? I'm also curious about the phrase, "studies pushing the liberal agenda." I'm genuinely interested in understanding these positions better, because they are quite foreign to my understanding of science. I appreciate that you don't hold these views. But it seems like you've thought about them. Maybe we can narrow this gap in the six year old mentality a little.
