  4. The presenter mentions just one of many areas. Schools. School segregation is a lingering effect of housing segregation, a function actively controlled via lending and insurance, and explicit statements in policy documents, across multiple administrations. It took an Act of congress to change this. (Pssst hint: Fair Housing ;) ) That's public record and you should know it. That you don't is a sad statement about education.

  6. Wow. That was powerful and touching. I admire him for putting this together and then stepping up to share. Thank you. For my perspective, I was born in Richmond VA 1975, a Scots/Irish redhead. I remember taking wonderful road trips with my daddy in his Healey 3000. The old, broken towns would have your burger and shake places - with the segregated drinking fountain signs still up. That a 6 year old thinks "Whites Only" is normal, is sad. That a 60 year old thinks so, is sick. This is our history. Deal with it, or dwell in your immature, ignorant denial.

  11. Bryanna, I agree with you. My comment was directed to Mr. Hacksaw. His point is solid and you grant that. BUT what he says takes away from your point a little because it diverts and distracts from you. KellyAnne Conway, one of Trump's tools, made heavy use of this tactic and was successful in protecting Trump for a while. But now everyone is onto her and she's mostly been shelved. Maybe history will record this as the "But what about..." era lol Sorry I wasn't more clear.
