  2. Well.. that member of staff could be terribly traumatised by such an encounter and have to be helped off the shop floor ( possibly in tears) by a trained gender support officer who would take them to a designated "safe" area where they can recover sufficiently to resume normal duties.

  3. Apparently you're not allowed to try them on before you buy....not in the aisle anyway. I tried to explain to the security officer as he ( I didn't have time to ask about pronouns) escorted me off the premises that I identified as a woman, but to no avail... M&S what a bunch of hypocrites !
