And judging from the increasing number of officers doing their bit by committing crimes ( especially sexual offences) to achieve those targets....I think a pay rise is in order.

When the Police are scared of arresting the criminals in case they infringe their human rights. When promotion is based on race and sexuality, when officers take the knee, dance and drape themselves in 🌈's ...and when the police can't (be bothered to) investigate incidents because they're overworked and underpaid.... Then the law abiding stop abiding.
