  2. It is Kier Starmer....I looked him up in my " Pocket guide to identifying British Political leaders"... It says.." the Starmer is a native politician of the British Isles, found mainly in and around central London. He has rather dull plumage with little to interest the voter, very seldom seen in other parts of the UK, even though he is active all year round...not known to mate as he cannot recognise the Female of the species... Often found with the Angela Rayner, a rather "Lanky" unattractive loud bird found in Northern England which has now colonised Central London.
