Cannabis should be legal quality Controlled, sold through authorised outlets and taxed just like alcohol... you'll still have criminals just as with illegal cigs and booze who try to sell counterfeit goods...but hopefully the police and Cus & ex would target them instead of the users, all of which to me would make more sense... although knowing the way our Police work, this would still not have priority over twitterspat crime.
