Simon, we desperately need carwash operatives, nailbar technicians, Turkish barbers ( who especially aren't from turkey) and of course deliveroo drivers ...you can't expect skilled people of this calibre to have to come here through legitimate means... they understand or predicament and are prepared to leave behind their wives, children and parents to fight the civil war that rages through their country to help us..
