It isn't black v white, it's predominantly black v black as the figures show. Yes poverty is a factor, it always has been, but the level and severity of violence is more extreme than before The real difference is the glamorisation of it all in black youth gang culture and rap music which like BLM originated from the US. As for the wealth aspect...well the first thing the founders of BLM "self confessed Marxists" did with their money was buy property in a predominantly white gated community just like all those rappers who made( and continue to make) their money off their " victimhood " and leave all those less "talented" N----as behind.

@MrMichaeljhinde - no need to say sorry..unless you're a machete or gun totting "victim". Which for some reason get the banner waving BLM lot onto the streets...not the real victims who are the ones killed not by the police but other predominantly young black males....and NO it's not the wealthy from "all backgrounds" it's a certain demographic who once they become wealthy off the exploitation of their fellow black "bro's" show off that wealth as an achievement. But I'm white ( with all that privilege it brings of course) can see where the problem lies... It's Black people (not all, but the deluded vocal ones) who don't want to see it, but convinced it's everyone elses fault.
