This is typical middle class thinking that somehow they'll feel the need to "gentrify" themselves, yeah right !.. these families have no need to "better themselves", they're not bothered about keeping up with the Jones.... Some are quite content to just wallow in their own Sh*t....And as someone whose job involves surveying properties ( private & social housing) i can vouch that is literally the case !
