I think it's useful advice... if someone is wielding a machete on Oxford Street during a thunderstorm they're obviously going to be more at risk of being struck by lightning, and therefore by crouching down reduces that risk ...it also reduces the victims risk of being struck by the machete.... Well done Saddic, sound advice with an added bonus in reducing those knife crime statistics.
