  1. He was mistaken for a person who had been under surveillance for terrorist activities. Jean Charles de Menezes was the name of the man shot..a Brazilian who was in the country illegally.

  3.  @jaquesravalec242  - - and neither do you, but when you have "black" people complaining about, it including MPs saying they're being racially profiled, their human rights are being infringed etc,etc it's a fair assumption to make.
