  2.  @spotonnls3538  They aren't Russian. They're from Tajikistan, a former Soviet republic from Middle Asia. As I heard they were in Turkey before their attack for some trainings by NATO and CIA standards.

  10.  @Zzzzz123da  Those Tajiks were in Turkey for two months for some NATO's trainings. Ukrainians and CIA hired them in Tajikistan, and sent to Turkey. Them they flew to Moscow.
