There was a time, throughout the Cold War, that the Soviet Union's news organisation--''TASS' was regarded in the West, with Derision, and ridicule, it's outletts 'Pravda' and 'Isvestia' ignored, for obvious reasons. WE, had the wonderful BBC , affectionately known as ''AUNTY'' , totally trustful, and who's reporting and fair play, beyond question. Today, in content, I see little difference in the output, between the BBC, and Putins Russian News organisation, certainly in balance, truth, and reliability.
