  2. The rot set in, over that terrible murder of Stephen Lawrence 30 yrs ago by a white scum mob. A investigation proved , at that time, that racial disrimination witnin the Police was deep rooted. From this came total destruction of our police, due to over reaction, which led us to where we are.
