Can we afford to stop the flow of these workers which is a result of underdevelopment and overpopulation in the BIMARU States.

There had been no perfect honey/milk rule by any party. If the present situation is so bad Rahul should feel hundred times confident of a clean sweep. Is there a whiff of it?
