@Valkyri3Z — can you substantiate and elaborate. A reserved post, if a candidate applies for it cannot be denied. The real problem arises when many posts, though set aside for quota candidates, go begging for want of applicants from the reserved category. A fresh thinking on the issue is needed. Empowerment of the socially disadvantaged segment of the society through education of exceptional standards will make them to compete with the better endowed upper caste candidates.
