@shiveshtripathi4298 — true. “ Police is friend of people” only exists on police sign boards. SG spoke about unregistered cases. But people don’t go to police for fear of harassment and they would be made to run around. The first thing, they find fault with jurisdiction. They always treat a complainant with suspicion. If you add such ‘ silent police cases’ we will be the crime capital of the world.

Saeed P — there are hundreds of books with different viewpoints. Is there a “Bible” on the subject. I am a simple man without bothering about theoretical and academic discussion. Talking about tyranny it starts with family and doesn’t end there. Are we not submitting to patriarchal and societal tyrannies?

While giving thumbs up for this CTC, I am disappointed why SG was not able explain the failure of the judiciary to uphold the statute and principles of precedents. Afraid of crossing the red line?
